Last March, the Embassy of Greece in Madrid hosted a reception in honor of Greek Independence Day, commemorating the historic events of March 25, 1821. The evening, led by Ambassador Aglaia Balta, celebrated Greece’s rich history and cultural heritage. Guests enjoyed inspiring speeches reflecting on the country’s values of democracy, freedom, and humanism, as well as its ongoing commitment to international cooperation.
