Chara

The name “Chara” derives from the Ancient Greek name khará, which means joy and contentment. This runway look consists of a coat, blouse and pants accessorized with a necklace. The coat is one-of-a-kind and handmade in our Berlin Atelier. The blue fabric originates from Soufli in northern Greece and is a luxurious jacquard silk from the 70s. The blouse is made of the same fabric, but in a light blue variety. The captivating colors featured on the coat are silk brocade from Hungarian folk costumes for children, exquisitely selected and assembled by Rianna and her team of master artisans. This striking ensemble is completed with glamorous glass pearls and ceramic jewelry, all crafted in our atelier.⁠
