The PETALOUDA Pleated Swing Vest Svetlana Long presents an A-line calf-length dress. The contrasting double-layered volant elongates the silhouette creating a modern and feminine look. The box-pleated dress is sleeveless with dropped shoulder line.  It can be worn with the matching Palazzo Pants Taffeta for a novel and elegant appearance.
